Build

This speaker is built of plastic material but the body is made of silicon material that’s why you feel soft after touching it. There are 5 buttons on the side of the speaker- power button, Bluetooth button, Play button, and volume increase-decrease buttons. The speaker’s weight is about  380 g, super lightweight, and easy to grab. It has a Micro USB port and a charging port. The length of the speaker is around 7 inches and the width is about 2.5 inches. The speaker comes with a lanyard that helps you to hang it from a tree branch or anything else which has a hook. This speaker is available in two colors, Black and Blue.

Features

In front of the speaker comes a dual speaker having 16 watts Max Power Output. At the center part, it has Bass Radiator. Having 4400MAH battery capacity, this company claims 24-hour battery life at moderate volume. But when you play at a higher volume 88%, you can use it for 14 to 16 hours easily. This speaker is given IPX7 rated, waterproof feature. that’s why you can use it at the time of shower or rain.

Sound Quality

The speaker sounds pretty natural with decent clarity. The company asserts that the speaker has stunning rich bass which is a bit of an exaggeration. Yes, I agree with that. When I played various electronic dance music, the bass punch was a little weak. It is able to fill a small room with sound but when it comes to a larger room, the volume felt less than booming. When you listen to songs with friends on the beach, it will give you great service with plenty of volume but it would struggle in a room with lots of friends or at a party. You will get a touch of distortion at a higher volume. When it comes to the point of bass, I will confess that bass is good but again compared to speakers of this price range and size, yes there are some like Sony speakers with better bass but it’s a whole different price range and you just can’t compare an item that focused on budget with one focused on quality. So, for this speaker, yes the bass is good for this speaker. Overall, great sound for such a small device.

There’s not have a skip or repeat button on the speaker. There’s an ability to skip or backup if the play button is tapped multiple times according to instructions twice to skip, thrice to repeat, or previous back but I think, it’s cumbersome. In many cases, If you leave your phone on charge and bring the speaker closer to where you are working, you found that these reach about 15 feet easily if there is no interference. So, skipping a song or video is a bit of a pain.

Battery Life

The Tribit XSound Go lasts a full 18 to 19 hours on a single charge though the company claimed 24 hours of battery life for this speaker. You can play this speaker for a whole day mostly at a medium level, so it’s a fairly large battery. The speaker takes around 4 hours to fully charge by Micro-USB.

Value

The Tribit XSound Go will cost you around $30.The speaker impressed with balanced sound lasts nearly 22 hours at medium volume, IPX7 water and dust resistant. So you should choose this one and stay beautiful beach or pool moment with your friends without a problem. For better sound quality, you will have to spend a lot. But at this mid-range budget, the Tribit XSound Go offers you an expansive sound as well as excellent battery life though having some cons. Surely, It’s said that Tribit XSound Go is an incredible value for a minimal budget.
